This is what position in Uttarakhand of ROAD NETWORK for the people to give services in the Remote Hills of Himalayas during the PANCHAYAT AND LOK SABHA Election It was horrible to conduct poll in these areas .Our Government should review the election culture and its practices and stop wasting money of the country rather the conditions of these people must uplifted.
